“I came here on the 18th for the first time and was impressed and felt so at ease. The vibes were on point and so soothing. The warm and soft lights to ease tension on the eyes, the lulling diffuser wisping away. Mary and Angel, as well as the rest of the staff were were so amiable and welcoming. I of course had my own fears and doubts of not being heard as someone who struggles immensely with my mental health, yet I’m very aware of my internal struggle, but Dr. Luannys was super understanding and affirming, even though I was extremely anxious and all over the place xD Luannys focuses on working with you and treating symptoms. She treats everyone with such empathy and recognizes our individuality and personhood. Overall, my experience was great, especially with how nervous I was. I went with the self-pay route and the price for that was decent as well. I’m happy I chose Arc Mental to help progress my mental health treatment”
