“I’m glad there are so many wonderful reviews. I agree the staff are lovely and kind. Very sympathetic. I experienced a lot of pain, nausea, tearing eye, runny nose and they acted like that is very unusual and it will get better. It didn’t. I stopped in tears. They seemed surprised I had pain and felt bad for me. Also, after being told the treatment cost was covered and no cost out of my pocket, I got a bill. The co-pay is not covered by my secondary because I have not met my annual deductible. They didn’t tell me in the beginning there was a copay - I knew I hadn’t met my deductible. But they didn’t tell me about that cost. So not only was the treatment not helpful to me, in fact quite painful, but then I get a surprise bill I can’t afford. Feels like they told me what they thought I wanted to hear. No side effects except possibly a slight headache after treatment, and no out of pocket cost to me. Both not true. So disappointing.”
