I am writing this review to warn others about the care I received from (Erika Rossis) During my time as a patient, I experienced significant patient neglect and a consistent lack of professionalism. Due to these experiences, I no longer felt safe under their care and have terminated our professional relationship. I am currently in the process of reporting these actions to the appropriate medical licensing board and taking further legal steps to address this negligence. Each appointment left me feeling confused and doubtful about my treatment plan because I wasn’t getting better, I was being prescribed more medications and getting worse. I no longer receive care here. My new psychiatrist stopped most of my medications, provided a diagnosis that better explained what I was experiencing, and is now treating the underlying problem. Please save your time and mental health and find a provider who will actually treat your mental health!”
