“I completed all of the paperwork earlier this week to become a new patient. Yesterday, someone called me and said my insurance was approved, my copay was $20 and I could schedule my initial appointment. I set it up for next friday (8 days away). I got a call this morning from someone saying the same thing as yesterday, my insurance is approved and my copay, etc. I explained that someone called me yesterday and my appointment was next friday, she confirmed my appointment and all was well. Just received a phone call from the same person (2 hours later) and was told that the psychiatrist who I had an appointment with no longer wants to see patients after 4pm and my appointment is canceled unless I want Telehealth. Incredibly unprofessional and a serious lack of integrity at this office. I am absolutely appalled.”

“My ex brought my minor child here. The provider my child was assigned to was Nicole Ninoshka. In my opinion, the approach was not child-centered or family-aware. Communication to both parents was inconsistent, there was no clear treatment plan we could understand, and comments made during sessions left my child feeling uncomfortable and unheard. Rather than easing tension, the process seemed to heighten conflict around co-parenting and made it harder for my child to engage. After several visits there was who a structured plan, regular updates to both parents, and measurable goals. This is our experience only, but if you value transparent communication, collaborative care with both parents, and clear goals for a child, I would look elsewhere. Nicole Ninoshka seemed very female centered and extremely biased. Very unprofessional.”

“My son has been working with Nicky for 2years plus and the progress he’s made has been incredible. Nicky is understanding, patient and truly dedicated to helping children reach their goals. Every session is engaging, positive, and tailored to my son’s needs. What I appreciate most is how Nicky takes the time to communicate with us as parents—always explaining what’s being worked on and how we can continue progress at home. “I am very happy with the services I have been receiving here. The staff really cares about the patients. Everyone is so nice and pleasant really take the time to help you. It has been a difficult time and they really helped me. Reina is amazing, I have been struggling with finances and Reina helped me a lot with my financial situation and all my appointments and never once was I rejected for not being able to afford it. My therapist Diana is wonderful and thanks to her patience and genuine kindness I have been able to move forward. I recommend this place 100%.”
