“Dr Bhatia is amazing however I had to schedule an urgent appointment with Dr. Maxwell McClure and I felt I needed to let the public know that if you are struggling stay far away from this man. He is dismissive and lacks current knowledge of anxiety and depression. He is still gaslighting patients into thinking it’s a chemical imbalance which we know has been debunked. Within 2 minutes of me talking he said okay let’s put you on an SSRI. He didn’t ask me a single question except why I was there and assumed I wanted medication. He did not give any other options and dismissed any options I brought up to him. He also told me I would have to be on these meds for life. I suffer from anxiety not schizophrenia. Also in his notes he wrote I was 4’6 and 130 which would mean i’m obese and would definitely be a cause for anxiety, however i’m a healthy and fit 5’6 women who weighs 130. This shows how little he cares and how he was not listening. I truly believe he should not be practicing. I also paid $ 250 for an hour session and he took maybe 5 minutes and the rest was me asking questions in which I received passive aggressive, sarcastic responses to. Dr Bhatia please do right by your patients and check into this. Thank you”
