“Legit what just happened to me was ridiculous on so many levels, I walked in at 3:46 for a 3:40 apppintment might I mention I gave a phone call in route that I was going to be a few minutes late. I have my almost two year old son with me as well, at first they asked me if I wanted to pull over to the side of the road to do tele-health? In a 92 degree day in Florida again with my son in the car I opted against it def not safe for my son. So I walked in at 3:46 checked in then was told it was past my 5 minute grace period. Are we kidding? The appointment is for 20 min which means 3:40-4:00pm. I can assure everyone reading this , appointment lasts less then 20 min. And I was turned away for being 1 min over the allowed grave period. I have zero clue who’s in charge of this practice but it’s the worse business practice I have ever seen. I was once a business owner of customer service I can assure you I have never done this ever to multiple time offenders. This was literally my first late appointment and I’m carrying my son with me. For a place that’s suppose to “help” people with mental health how was today helping by throwing a dude out carrying his toddler walking in a min late over the “allowed” grace period helping.. I have nothing against anyone in this office either, I’ve had amazing experience here with my therapist and psych therapist been coming since August 2025 but what transpired today was completely unacceptable & I can GUARANTEE they will still bill me as well.”

I’ve been to numerous therapists growing up and she’s been the best by far. Dr. Bernadine Reeping does a great job as well for Psychiatry visits.”
