What patients say on Google
“I've been going to Elite DNA for years. I see Courtland Patterson for my medication management. He's been very helpful and I'm grateful to assist with my treatment who's as knowledgable as he is. I've so many therapists, physician assistants, doctors, and psychiatrist throughout my life since I was a child, and him, Jessica Shuler (my therapist at Elite DNA), and my primary care doctor have been the best. Thank you to Courtland Patterson and Jessica Schuler for all of your help. The other staff at Elite DNA who answer the phones are very helpful too.”
“I would not recommend Elite DNA Behavioral Health based on my experience. I was a patient for several months and was assigned to Jennifer Randall. From the beginning, I experienced a lack of guidance in my treatment plan and found myself having to suggest medications rather than being properly directed. Once I finally found a medication that was beginning to help, I was receiving sample supplies while waiting for insurance approval. I live over an hour away and manage multiple medical clinics, so scheduling can be challenging. I had to reschedule two appointments, one of which was due to technical issues with a Zoom call that had no audio. Despite this, I made arrangements to come in for follow-up care and to obtain medication so I would not run out. On my way to the appointment, I was informed that I had been dismissed as a patient without prior notice due to the rescheduled visits. This left me in a situation where I was at risk of abruptly stopping an SSRI, which carries well-known risks and potential withdrawal effects. When I reached out requesting assistance or a short-term solution to taper safely, I was told to seek another provider and did not receive further response to my follow-up communication. In my opinion, patient safety and continuity of care should always be a priority—especially when psychiatric medications are involved. Unfortunately, that standard was not met in my experience.”
“I have been with Kristin Bryan since January 2021 and I have to say she has saved my life. She is patient, honest, intelligent, caring, and she knows mental health, especially in the field of addiction. I have learned so much about myself during the time I have been her patient. I highly recommend her.”
“2 stars because I like my provider Susan George, HOWEVER the billing dept here is centralized and it is TERRIBLE. Someone keeps deleting my insurance on file and claiming mental health is not covered and I keep calling them to tell them it is.. called my insurance and no one even called to verify if it was so they are just pulling info out of their butts. I conference called billing and my insurance so they could have a reference number stating the benefit was on my plan, the woman in billing said everything was updated, etc. I get charged self pay AGAIN so I call the billing again and they tell me there is no reference number listed. At this point I have just been contemplating leaving this place altogether because this has been ongoing since May, to have someone consistently delete my insurance without verification is mind boggling to me. And the front desk has the worst customer service, trying to tell me I am wrong about how insurance works when I sell health insurance for a living so yes I know how it works! Frustrating.”
