“The staff at this Elite DNA are wonderful, unfortunately the parent company just wants money. I lost my health insurance last year and had a bunch of financial hardship at the same time, and it seems like a mental health company should have some barriers in place to help, but I had a total mental breakdown for months. I finally got to a position where I could start to seek mental healthcare again and called Elite DNA to see what was necessary to get back to my treatment and they told me that over half of the fees that got charged back to me due to my loss of insurance had been sent to a collector and I couldn’t receive treatment until I settled that. Obviously I should’ve reached out better to them during that process, but simply couldn’t manage due to my mental breakdown. Additionally, since the bill was sent to collectors, there was no way to reduce the fees I “owed” to self-pay ones. Ultimately I just expected a place that provides mental health to be a tiny bit empathetic to people who experience catastrophic events in their life.”

“Heading bicycle has given me the opportunity to be able to travel without having to return home for meds and to see doctors in person and she’s only a phone call away. The people are courteous. They seem to understand your questions even before you ask them anyone that finds themselves in a position like me. This would be a perfect fit convenient easy and you can do it anywhere.”

“BEWARE! Run away fast! This office is such a scam, they offer none to bare minimal services, they want to charge an arm and a leg for poor service. My daughter had a therapy session back in May that she paid for out of pocket for $175 now in May they just charged her card $206.40 because they had it on file, they didn’t give her a bill or an invoice or any notification that they were charging her card. This place is a scam do not go and do not give them any personal information! Update on review, after speaking with the office, it turns out they charged my insurance in December and then charged our card in May, for an unpaid visit in December (which they already received payment from my insurance) and so getting double payment by charging my daughters card again! They are crooks and I am in the middle of a battle with them and my bank to reverse the charge. crooks crooks crooks!!!”

“Dr Wade Baylee will change your life. He changed mine. He is at the top of his game. His knowledge is beyond and he puts it in layman terms so we can understand about ourselves and what’s happening and he makes a great plan for mental improvement.. He is real and all it takes is one visit with him and you will know that you’re in the right place. Psychiatry is touchy in finding someone you feel comfortable to talk to to really open up and trust And know that you’re not being judged and know that you’re with somebody who is real loves their job wants to help you and has the knowledge to do so is just such a blessing. If you are looking for help, You have found the right place. I would highly recommend Dr Wade and his staff. Simply put they are life-changing. Make an appointment and watch your life change.
