“do not work with chip zeller. stay FAR AWAY if you need medical help. youtube and tiktok mental health advice is better than dna behavioral health. their practices are not legal. i paid money to get an EEG test from someone who doesn’t even have the authority to send over the proper paperwork. both practices still allowed me to get the test done. have i gotten a single result in over a month? no. my family and i are concerned as this was A NEUROLOGICAL TEST. and i still cannot receive any answers unless i get a primary care doctor! no communication whatsoever. the portal? for some therapists, apparently it’s just an app to sit on their phone but never touch.”

“Had appt. Said they’d call in prescription. Didn’t. Can’t get a hold of anyone. No one answers. Which phone number? Person? Doc? No idea! They made me fill out like 30 frickin forms beforehand - not a single message after or any follow up. No meds. Wth did I just pay for? EDIT 1 - They resolved it :) EDIT 2 - I spoke too soon. They didn't provide the pharmacy with a prior authorization form (or something) so the pharmacy wanted to charge me hundreds $$$ for something that would otherwise cost me singles $ with insurance. The pharmacy, Walgreens (whom I will also review now - long time coming for them), also didn't send the preauthorization form or maybe did? I'm not sure. But said that it usually happens automatically. And, I have already called Elite DNA back 3 times, they said they'd call me back - if they did, I didn't get their message. The second time I was unable to even leave a message or send a message or an email (they never set me up with their app or I dunno how I would access it) since it was a weekend (?) and the third time they answered but sent me to a nameless voicemail, and I still don't have an answer. Either way... I just don't understand why this is so difficult and it's been over a month since I've seen the doctor and still no prescription. Thanks folks. Won't be changing the review this time... :(”

“Had appointment. Said they'd send a prescription. Didn't. Been over a week. Can't get in touch. No email. No info. No patient portal. No prescription. No way to reach them. No way to send message or leave voicemail. From beginning to end it was obvious they only cared about their forms and their money. Lady was nice I talked to but said she'd send a prescritpion to my pharmacy and just straight up didn't.”

“The AI Scheduling assistant needs therapy. Sarah was repeatedly asking questions for which answers were already provided, was not hearing the answers and when I finally switch to chat to book an appointment (because the phone version was not working for me), it closed the appointment confirmation message too quickly. There was no follow up via text or email ... so I don't know if I have an appointment or not... and there isn't anyone you can speak with because all calls go to the AI assistant.”
