“I love o t, Dr.Shah and Cara honestly really changed my life it wasn't in one session. All this can't be achieved in one session or a diagnosis that happens after a few trips. I been there 2 plus years ans finally with little changes there and there i feel better then ever. I thank all the a staff. Yes sometimes you don't get calls back but they will within 24hrs as they say. I been to many Dr's before them a lot and they took time with me every week from crying to mad sad all The emotional I been through and understand my struggles as well. “The nurse practitioner that we see if very lovely, Irah who answers the phones is not , she hangs up on you , then re answers the phone and just sits there or hangs up in your face again , doesn’t listen to you and talks over you very unprofessional also the manager sucks I’ve called her multiple times and left messages to try and talk to her , no call back or anything ridiculous. Shouldn’t be a manger.”

“Victoria does her job extremely well. She’s very polite and informative and she was slammed today. On my way walking out and I was supposed to make an appointment and I just said as I was walking out I’ll call later. I just got a call from her. She wanted to make sure that I didn’t need to schedule or another appointment with him which I did for in a month even though she had three people at her counter. She still managed to remember that I needed to Schedule my next appointment!!! So I thank her very much, Also, Dr. N Patel is amazing as well. Very calm, relaxed vibe, which helps me with my anxiety. He listens to me and gives me feedback. And has also led me by suggestion to some counseling which I’ve started doing.
