“Unfortunately, things did not work out with this place. We loved Kristin, however when she was on PTO and my daughter needed assistance due to medication symptom issues, their was no response. I called on Thursday and again on Friday and did not receive a return call. I was told that they would have one of the other physicians review her chart and call me back. My poor daughter went through the weekend miserably. We visited the ER and then I had to reach out to her primary doctor and pharmacist to try to guide us. When I called again on Monday I was told "I thought I tried to call you". Well if they did, why wasnt a message left. How is this acceptable for a mental health office? Very disappointing 😞 I do not recommend them.”
