“Dr. Carter was everything that I hoped he would be after reading previous reviews about him online. He was professional, soft spoken, knowledgeable, listened and encouraged the more natural approach to my treatment rather than just throwing medications at me. I highly recommend him! The office itself appeared clean and the staff was friendly and polite. I did not interact with anyone much other than the receptionist and Dr. Carter himself so it’s not possible to review much more about the office thus far.”

“The bedside manner of my practitioner was cold and uncaring my first appointment and I did not feel comfortable moving forward with this practice as a safe space.When I described the events of my trauma it was a robotic response I was given instead of compassion and met with a flippant attitude. CPTSD and ADD has caused narcoleptic type experiences which were shrugged off instead of given the seriousness it deserves with further testing. When I tell my clinician I almost pass out while driving they shouldn't give me a blank stare and then proceed to tell me about drug testing policies. I didn't come there for medication. I came there for answers and a diagnosis. I cancelled all my future appointments.”

“It’s a shame that this company that I had heard good things about seems to have caved to the propaganda and possibly incentives to “deprescribe” now. What they need to know…. They should be less worried about their patients accidentally unaliving themselves WITH their medication and more worried about them intentionally unaliving themselves WITHOUT it. They are not putting patient care first.”
