They've been compassionate and helpful in my recovery journey. Even though their billing has problems with my Medicare Part D Supplement insurance. I have faith that they'll straighten it out like everything else they've helped me with.”

“UPDATE!!!! They told me my appointment was today at 7.50am and sent me confirmation text at 7pm the night before. I showed up and was told my appointment was cancelled. I DOUBLE CHECKED ABOUT THE CALL CENTER I HAD TO DEAL WITH AND SHE CONFIRMED THAT IT WAS LOCATED IN INDIA!!!!! It was a nightmare to even make a appointment!!! They use a out of house call center and the agents they used to schedule an appointment and to create my account spoke hardly any English. The connection they had was terrible as well and I have never had connection issues with my 5G device. It took 5 hours of talking to these nice guys to get an appointment scheduled. Then to find out that they don't take a cash payment at this business. So I had to call these sketchy foreign call center again and it took another 2 hours of TALKING for the dudes to answer my question of "Am I allowed to pay on the day of the appointment with a debit card with the payer in another state?”
