“My psychiatrist has been excellent. The problem is the front desk and office administration, which has been consistently incompetent. I waited over two hours at my first visit without receiving intake paperwork, was later contacted repeatedly about an appointment that did not exist, did not receive a confirmation call for a scheduled visit, and most recently had a 10:00 AM appointment delayed until 1:00 PM without notice or explanation. These repeated scheduling and communication failures create unnecessary stress and undermine patient care. While the provider herself is great, the front desk’s lack of organization is serious enough that this practice will continue to lose patients if it is not addressed. This is an extremely unorganized psychiatric and therapy office. I should not deal with such stress when seeking for help.”
