“my wife has had this doctor for about a year now every time we go to cvs to pick up a script there is ALWAYS an issue with how the doctor either wrote the script or completely forgot. Then when you try to call them to get it fixed they refuse to answer their phone. I personally dont understand it and im writing this because this is our final straw with this place and were moving to a different psychiatrist. My wife was unable to get meds because the insurance refused to pay for the scripts UNLESS it was a 90 day supply they wrote the script for 30 days even though they KNOW it needs to be 90 days and the symptoms of not being on her anti depressant and mood stabilizers is suicidal tendencies we call about 40 times within a 3 day time period my wife was about to baker act her self and when we finally get someone to pick up they say the doctor is out of town and they cant get someone to write an emergency script and is being blatantly rude over the phone. They dont treat her like a human being and forget that they are dealing with people who have mental health issues. I would NOT recommend going here and if I could give 0 stars I would”

Her personality is just an extra also there’s no way to have a bad day around her she is so bubbly always and attentive to the patients needs. Patrinia Sanders is my provider who I absolutely adore she worked tirelessly with me to figure out the perfect regimen for my needs. She always makes sure to take care of me and relay messages to my doctor while also getting right back to me with the information right away. She deserves a raise! She's one of my favorite reasons I like my Dr office. Tonya is a great asset to instinct health and I recommend anyone looking for psychiatric or psychological help goes here.”
