“3-27-2026 I had an appointment today at 10 AM with Lake Mary Behavioral and Infusion Center, and unfortunately my experience was very frustrating. When I arrived, I was initially told my cost would be $180. I questioned this since no one had previously informed me of that amount. After providing my insurance again, the front desk staff stated that the wrong insurance information had been entered and then updated the cost to $20. While I appreciate that the mistake was corrected, it was concerning that a professional office had incorrect insurance information on file to begin with. More importantly, the interaction felt rushed and lacked empathy. I was asked in a very abrupt manner whether I was still going to proceed with the appointment. As someone coming in for behavioral health support, I expected a more understanding and patient centered approach. First impressions matter, especially in a setting where people are seeking help and may already feel vulnerable. I hope the office can improve both their administrative accuracy and the way they communicate with patients.”

As many have commented, the care with which Dr. Cubano & his staff give so generously to their patients has always been exceptional.
