“Please do not make an appointment with this organization. I had scheduled an appt for Thursday at 10:00 am, took the morning off, they charged me immediately at 10:01 am and I waitied on "zoom" for 20 minutes. I finally called the office and was told that therapist had an emergency. Yet they did not call me and let me wait on a zoom. There is know one can assist you to receive a refund. No manager, no call back, had to cancel my credit card because they had it on file! I called three times with no call back!!! Run away don't walk. I am calling the State of Florida to file a complaint regarding services. Calling the Police due to fraud on mhy credit card.”
