“I would give this company zero stars if I could. I had a psychiatric appointment scheduled for 10:00 AM because I am running low on my medication and need treatment for serious mental health conditions. I logged into the video visit on time and waited. By 10:45 AM, no one had shown up, so I called the office. Instead of apologizing or treating the situation with any urgency, I was told that this psychiatrist is “notoriously” late and that this is something that happens regularly. They asked me to wait another 10 minutes. I went back into the video visit and waited another 20 to 25 minutes. Once again, nobody ever showed up. At that point, I realized this company had absolutely no respect for my time or my health. Mental health patients depend on these appointments for medication and stability. Failing to show up for a scheduled psychiatric appointment without any communication is completely unacceptable. LifeStance Health needs to understand that people seeking psychiatric care are often in vulnerable situations. Making patients sit around for well over an hour waiting for a doctor who never appears is not just unprofessional, it’s irresponsible. My entire experience was frustrating, disappointing, and a complete waste of time. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable mental health care.”
