“If you are a mother and father stay away from this place, I am a former mental health professional and needed a health professional and was canceled 3 times, the girls that work at the reception were great, Dr. Prado is an embarrassment to the health mental profession. As a former health professional I am horrified but not surprised by the lack of care by Dr Prado.Not only did she lie to me by saying she did not have any Therapist with addiction experience, but was cold and un-professional. Dr. Delia E Nieves and Dr. Vazquez both have addiction knowledge which she said she had nobody there who can help me, and funny thing those were the first 2 doctors I click on. I told her I am in serious bad shape and needed help; I have been trying to get a therapist for over a month half and have not been successful. Don't go here if you need some care, or someone with a heart, as for the girls in the reception they were great.”

“The phone services are awful. It’s incredible how they handle everything, as if dealing with people who have mental health issues is a joke. To make an appointment over the phone, I have to call more than 30 times before someone finally picks up. This is dangerous for people who depend on their medicine. It’s truly unprofessional.”
