My TMS

“My treatment with TMS had very good results. They were very accommodating with my schedule. I was quoted $25 a visit ($900 total), however when my treatment was complete I received a bill for an additional $997. I inquired and they said the insurance gave them the wrong information and this happens all the time. I feel like I was bamboozled in to paying more then twice the amount originally quoted.”

“My experience here was a nightmare. I was referred to TMS therapy by my doctor and this place was on the list I was given. I was able to get an appt right away, but had connection problems and had to reschedule, but was sent texts to pay my co pay multiple times after it had been paid. The doc gave me a new medication, but never told me he was. Huge lack of communication.I found out that he prescribed a new med from a text from my pharmacy. I let them know what meds I was on, the doc asked for a urine sample before he could refill the meds I was taking. I drove 40 minutes out to the office, (still 2 1/2 weeks before I needed medication) checked in with reception,told them I was there for a UA they asked for my ID (which I gave them) and had me sit down. The MA brings me my ID and days she has nothing for me. I understand if they dont have the order for the test, they can't take my sample, but I also know appointments only take 30 to 60 minutes, so I decided to wait for them to contact the doc rather than make that drive again. I waited for more than an hour, I checked in with the staff a few times but eventually had to go to work. As soon as I left, I got a call asking if I could come back. The MA was calling me and had the nerve to say I didnt tell her why I was there! That makes no sense, why did they think I was there for then? Still I came back another day to give the sample. The MA had the nerve to say again that it was the receptionist fault my first attempt was messed up. So, I got my sample in. Waited a week to be sure they had time to process. I then had less than a week of meds , so I reached out to get my medicine. I got a standard your request is being processed. I followed up a couple times, dame message. Finally I call and they say they want an appt first. What?!?? No response when I asked what the hold up.was, but recieved 5 texts to pay them when I saw them ONE rime time. RUN!!!”

“This Psychiatrist place is very clean and peacefully inviting. I was always skeptical with going to a Psychiatrist office but not anymore! The people are always amazing, helpful and caring here. I had TMS treatment done by their TMS tech, Miguel at this office and he’s been great. Miguel is very understanding, listens and caring during my 36 consecutive days of treatment and he really cares about his patients. He makes my treatment process comfortable and pain free. I would recommend TMS and I would do it again. It helped me mentally out of a depressed and distress state which it almost didn’t feel like it helped until close to the last few weeks of my treatment. Thanks to the wonderful team at the Lake Nona office!”

“Lots of friendly staff. They have many options to help. I am doing something called TMS and I feel it has helped a lot with my anxiety. I don’t like taking pills and they help find ways to go around the pill route. They also have a system where you can text them if you need to change an appointment or if you need to go higher or lower on your meds without an entire appointment, which is awesome for someone like me who hates talking on the phone and leaving my house. This place is the longest Ive stayed at any mental health location and there is a reason for it. They are great. Thank you to Dr.DaSilva for showing me endless options to help my mental health and thank you to Miguel for keeping me consistent and comfortable with my TMS procedures.”
