“Having finished up my SAINT TMS treatment, I cannot say enough great things about this clinic. A lot of places can turn you off and make you feel like they are purely profit-driven, but this one truly made me feel like the staff cared and was fully invested in bettering my health. From the first moments I communicated (over the phone) with the owners, Shelly and Matt, I was extremely comfortable and I felt that I was in great hands with people who have extensive experience in this field. When I got to the clinic for treatment, they set my family and I up in a very comfortable and spacious room, with a couch, a recliner chair, a TV, and different activities to pass the time. There was also a fridge and a snack bar stacked with so many great options. A patient spends long hours at the clinic during SAINT treatment, so it is incredible how comfortable they make you feel despite the circumstances. Throughout my treatment, I worked with Anthony, Lindsay, and Gustavo who were all such caring and compassionate people who made me feel so at ease with my treatment. My conversations with all of them were great, and they were the complete reason why I didn’t feel tired or nervous during my treatment. I also cannot say enough great things about Dr. Pietras, who was thorough and caring throughout my evaluation with him, as well as Olivia, the therapist who checked in with me multiple times during my treatment and gave me incredibly helpful tips to maximize my health journey. “If you ever have the need Neuro Wellness is the place to go. They have many different services. Timitra, is in the therapy department, Gustavo takes care of the Spravato treatments. Both are experts in their field and will not disappoint you. As well as in the bookkeeping and billing department, Melissa is very efficient and will answer all your questions. You cannot get better service. I recommend this business highly..”

“READ THE COMMENTS!! The treatment itself was fantastic, but the care and communication from this office were not. THEY DO NOT NOT CARE. In my experience, this practice seemed far more focused on generating revenue than providing quality patient care. It was extremely difficult to speak with the doctor. Over two months, I saw the doctor only twice, and getting questions answered often meant being redirected through staff acting as gatekeepers. I was told my insurance claim would be submitted, only to later learn from my insurance company that it had not been submitted when requested. When it was eventually handled, it was not done in a way that seemed to be in my best interest. If you’re looking for a doctor who is actively involved in your care, communicates with patients, and provides proper follow-up, I would look elsewhere. This office appears focused on getting patients in and out as quickly as possible rather than building a meaningful doctor-patient relationship.”
