“The treatment itself was fantastic, but the care and communication from this office were not. In my experience, this practice seemed far more focused on generating revenue than providing quality patient care. It was extremely difficult to speak with the doctor. Over two months, I saw the doctor only twice, and getting questions answered often meant being redirected through staff acting as gatekeepers. I was told my insurance claim would be submitted, only to later learn from my insurance company that it had not been submitted when requested. When it was eventually handled, it was not done in a way that seemed to be in my best interest. If you’re looking for a doctor who is actively involved in your care, communicates with patients, and provides proper follow-up, I would look elsewhere. This office appears focused on getting patients in and out as quickly as possible rather than building a meaningful doctor-patient relationship.”

“Title: Highly Disappointing Experience – Misleading Intake Process Do not waste your time here. When you are struggling with your mental health, you need an expert, but that is not what I found at this clinic. Despite being told on the phone that I would be seeing a dually qualified psychotherapist and psychiatrist, this was not the case. My intake appointment was conducted by a nurse practitioner. I was informed that she handles the first appointment, and only then—if I chose to return—would I see the “actual” doctor. It makes no sense to waste time and money building an initial therapeutic foundation with someone I have no intention of seeing for the long term. The environment was also completely unsuitable for therapy. It felt more like a bank, real estate, or insurance office—sitting across a desk from someone with a computer while trying to open up about my most personal issues. The entire space felt more like a commercialized ketamine clinic than a place designed for deep, professional therapeutic work. It is disheartening to feel that a business prioritizes profit over genuine clinical vocation and transparency. I feel the money I spent here provided no more value than a coffee with a friend. I am requesting that the owner contact me to discuss a full refund for this misleading experience. Once this is rectified, I will be happy to remove this review. I strongly caution others to look elsewhere for professional care.”
