“I wanted to take a moment and thank the receptionist Stacy. It turns out I owed a balance and can’t be seen or be put on a payment plan until this balance is paid. I was in between insurances. I almost had a breakdown on the phone because I suffer from post concussion syndrome and she went above and beyond to try and help me. She managed to at least get the dr to call in a month refill for me. Everytime she said she would call me back she followed through and did. Her voice is very calm and the way she speaks is full of compassion. It’s refreshing to experience someone who you can tell truly cares about the patients. Her showing me some grace made my day.
