After having had a couple of negative therapy experiences, he was quite anxious about the possibility of having a similar experience with another new caregiver, but happily found he appreciates the amount of time and attention he receives (esp. with Ms. Shari) and really feels heard when he expresses his thoughts & feelings. We drive the extra distance because he feels so strongly about the care he receives at Serenity. Also, the team there did a really great job getting approval from his insurance so he could receive TMS therapy, which has literally changed his life 360 degrees. It's remarkable!!!
