“Genuinely the best doctor I have seen in my continuing battle with mental health. He listens to what I'm going through and has the greatest understand of my condition quite frankly more than any other doctors I've seen while living with my diagnosis. I've been searching for a while for a mental care place that comfortably at and can call home. I'm very appreciative of Doctor Tim Larson and his team. I can't think them enough. What a great group of guys. I would refer anyone who battling with mental health to try Serenity Mental Health Center. I'm sure you'll be able to call this place your home from mental health as well as I do.”

“I came in for my first treatment today and have no knowledge of how the doctor actually is. I had only the displeasure of interacting with the receptionist. Upon my arrival, after completed the previously sent paper work, I was told that I would be able to see the doctor in no uncertain terms. "The doctor will be able to see you" is what the woman told me... Then after multiple, random excuses given to me including my valid, state ID which works everywhere else (including this morning prior to the visit), issues with my "card" after that, and then issues with "paper work" -- the woman behind the counter walking back and forth from the front desk, to somewhere out of sight in the back... seemed to take joy in telling me to get lost after wasting time and letting me know I was now "late" to my appointment. They told me on the phone they have a ten minute window until your appointment is missed and you must pay a 150 dollar charge. They failed to inform me that when the receptionist "unintentionally" wasted your time, they'll just cancel your appointment and try to charge you 150 dollars for doing nothing at all. I would absolutely not see this place if I were reading this review right now. I hope that women gets some joy from screwing over people. Looking at other reviews, maybe I dodged a bullet and she was just doing me a favor.”
