“I have been a patient at Solace Behavioral Health for almost 7 years, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. When I first started, I worked with a wonderful nurse practitioner (Sarah) who took the time to truly listen, help me understand my medications, and make me feel supported during a difficult time in my life. She set the standard for the level of care I would continue to receive at Solace. For the past several years, I have been seeing Lynn Wold and she has been absolutely incredible. She is compassionate, empathetic, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her patients. She never makes me feel rushed and always takes the time to listen to my concerns. I always leave appointments feeling heard, understood, and supported. As someone who works in the behavioral health field and is currently pursuing a degree to become a mental health counselor, I understand how important it is to find providers who truly care about the people they serve. Lynn is one of those rare providers. Knowing I have someone in my corner who listens, empathizes, and wants to help makes all the difference. Mental health treatment works best when patients and providers work together, and I have always felt supported in that process at Solace. “I had such an odd experience here. The psychiatrist was focused on my diet and focused on one singular stressor in my life was the cause of my problem's without getting any sort of history about my life. He told me if I chose to go to therapy I needed to make sure I don’t treat as a “venting session”. I have since seen a different psychiatrist and had such a better experience. She and my primary doctor said it was really inappropriate for a first appointment to focus on things I wasn’t even there for.”

“Dr. Troy P is nothing but a pill pusher. He specifically told me that none of my past trauma from sexual abuse by my parents had nothing to do with my current mental health issues. He completely disregarded anything I said and even dismissed my wife. He is the EXACT reason why Florida and this country have so many mental health issues and distrust in doctors.”

“This place is not a caring place at all. If your considering solace to help you through whatever your going thru RUN from this place. They won't even do what they say there going to do. Now I have to start all over with someone else because i will never call this place for any reason. Uncaring, and don't care what your going thru or even care to send a medication they said I need thank tou for absolutely nothing”
