“(Navare) The fact that they still won't turn in the test to my REAL doctor after 5 - 6 months. Also the doctor there treated me and my Great aunt like garbage, Mr. Groom was his name. He wanted to talk to me alone and I didn't want to unless she (my aunt) was in the room. He came into the testing room, WITHOUT INTRODUCING HIMSELF and started asking questions. My aunt was in the waiting room at the time. After all that, he started to have a literal tantrum because Auntie Joyce (mother) was the one listed as the one paying the money for the insurance and he wanted to talk to her. When we started to call her, he said, "Never mind." BUT THEN HE CALLED HER WHEN WE LITTERALY LEFT THE BUILDING. Also my appointment was 8 o'clock. Didn't start the test until 9:30, then was forced to have a hour break for lunch. I stopped at 8:30. I was told it would only take 3-4 hours.”
