“Genuinely, this is one of the best facilities I’ve been to for receiving mental health care. I’ve completed TMS here and found the treatments extremely effective for treating my Depression and OCD. The staff are always super friendly and go above-and-beyond to ensure everyone is comfortable, from offering snacks to accommodations with lighting and fan use. What’s more impressive is how clinicians make it a point to make sure you feel seen/heard. Cannot recommend enough.”

“The staff at the Healing House are amazing! I went here for a course of TMS and the energy and friendliness surrounding the treatment really went a long way to making it excellent. The staff is very knowledgeable about the entire process. I’ve done TMS previously at two other locations and I can confidently say that this is overall the best one of the three. “The healing house is an amazing place. A hidden gem. The place is very calm and relaxing as soon as you walk in. From the first visit with, Alex and Taylor, they make you feel very comfortable. Alex is really nice and patient. Taylor as well. They Do a full intake and really listen to your concerns. They also go out of their way to have homemade or catered goodies in the front. Always plenty of snacks and beverages to really make you feel at home. Then you meet with Dr. Farmer, who is the psychiatrist on staff. He is very thorough and patient. Lynette was also amazing. Lynette was great in helping me get started with everything and following up. Alex was also very detailed and patient. All the techs are experienced and very kind. It’s almost like you build a relationship with them. I didn’t meet the owner, Anita, heard of her while I was there though…but I don’t think she interacts with the patients. Not sure. My personal favorite person was Thomas. Thomas is seriously like an angel. The sweetest most kind hearted person I’ve ever meet. It’s like he walks into the room and the positive energy just flows abundantly. Thomas is also very experienced and knows what he is doing. He listens and always makes sure you’re comfortable at all times. I wish Thomas was a therapist here as I would pay out of pocket to see him. A true gem. The one piece of advice I will give you is don’t let anyone make you feel like what you’re feeling isn’t “typical of TMS” or isn’t usual. If you’re feeling a certain way speak up and be honest about what you are experiencing. I recommend the healing house. Big thanks to the whole team!♥️”

“I am giving a 1 star review due to what happened to me. I was hopeful and looking for answers with TMS. I have dealt with bipolar depression my whole life. If I had regular depression, maybe the treatment would have worked. I did the fulls 30 something sessions of TMS. It pushed me into a psychotic episode. I was manic for months. I ended up getting baker acted 3 times in one year. Had they had the knowledge about bipolar with this treatment then I would recommend. But nope not for bipolar depression. BIPOLAR IS DIFFERENT THAN DEPRESSION. educate your facility and please do better from this day forward.”
