“I've been with them for years and I can only say good things about this place. Sydney, and everyone else that works there is so kind and patient. I work with Dr. Lewis and she actually listens to my concerns, gives me good advice and checks in on how my medication is doing and if something could safely be changed if needed. I've never felt rushed with them and their TMS service that I've tried before is incredibly comfortable and non stressful at all. It's quiet and gentle and I feel safe with them honestly. I'll be sticking with them for the foreseeable future. :)”

“I saw Dr. Lewis for several years and I would not recommend her. I inherited her after her predecessor left the practice, so finding a new provider would’ve been a pain. It felt like I was talking to someone on a telemarketing call that had different scripts they were following depending on what I would say. Feels like she’s just there to punch the clock and not really interested in working through the nuances of what you may have going on. Would probably be very helpful for someone who wants to just tell a provider what drugs they want and she’ll probably write you a script. Dr. Ahmed was only interested in trying to upsell me to use the ketamine treatment, like a car salesman. I also always had problems with refills - they do not keep track of what refills they’ve sent, and always depend on you to tell them how many you have left. It was always a headache, and I always had to call and leave multiple messages. I recently moved out of state, and she refused to re-send a prescription that she already wrote, that she sent to the wrong pharmacy (I have multiple I use regularly for different reasons), despite it not being filled yet. I’m in the process of working with a Malpractice Attorney for this office not fulfilling its duty of care for a visit I’ve already paid for.”
