“My provider, Corinne, was thorough and responsive. I felt she really listened to me! The staff were friendly and very kind: scheduling, check in, and check out. I also want to note how easy it was to send in my documents and records. They allow Text! and Email! I'm not techie but their portal was super easy for me to complete new patient forms. Finally, they had great availability to accept me as a new patient. I was surprised and grateful at how quickly they got me in.”

“You all deleted my review… AGAIN …was it too honest? I am reposting my review as others deserve to know Me and my mom come regularly to DR AHMED, he is a great doctor, and most staff are pleasant. However, the TMS assistant is rude, always on her phone while in the room with us, checking her Apple Watch for messages, and not to mention she catches an attitude when asked questions, as if she doesn’t have the time to assist us, when Thats her job… also she barley speaks english which is very hard to understand her at times… or maybe the toxins in her lips contribute to the speech impediment. Please train your staff on proper clinical and patient relations. Thank you.”

“Update: The practice’s response is frankly disappointing. After detailing months of delays, lack of follow-up, and failure to secure a pre-authorization that was their responsibility, the only response was a generic request for me to call the office. There was no acknowledgment of the issue, no apology, and no indication that anyone reviewed my concerns. For a mental health practice, this level of disregard for patient concerns is unacceptable. Giving two stars, purely for my psychiatrist Natalie Romano, but have major issues with Acquisition of this practice through Beacon. I sent my new insurance card in January for Tms treatment, and STILL (June) have not received my pre-authorization with the office at fault. There is absolutely no follow up on their end, and they did not provide adequate records, despite them having all of my records and me having Tms treatment before. Also be aware that they charge more than your co-pay for cancellation fees. I Absolutely understand, needing to charge no-show fees, but charging more than your co-pay for a no-show fee is robbery. I have had no issues with this practice prior to Beacons acquisition. Extremely disappointed”
