“I cannot believe the rude, uncaring treatment I got just from trying to get tms. Last may 2022 I had made an appointment, for tms consultation I ended up in the hospital. Called and explained y I missed the appointment, they wouldn’t let me reschedule and were very rude. I explained how depressed I was could I have another chance, they said I would receive a call back. I never did. How can u be in the mental health field, and not help someone begging u. I ended u completing tms with success tms in lake Mary much nicer staff I am glad I didn’t go here. Be ware”
