“I received a referral on 4/30/2026 and waited nearly two months for an in-person appointment. Just two days before my scheduled visit, I received a call informing me that they could no longer provide an in-person appointment and that only virtual visits were available. After waiting all that time, they canceled my appointment and said they would call me back within two days to reschedule. They never returned my call. Then, on the day of the original appointment, they contacted me asking if I wanted a virtual visit—the very option I had clearly declined two months earlier when I requested an in-person appointment. When I explained that I needed an in-person visit, I was told the next available appointment would not be until July. As someone seeking help during a mental health crisis, being pushed back another month and a half is unacceptable. This experience demonstrated a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and little concern for patients who are struggling and need timely support. I will be reporting this issue and seeking care from another provider. If you need reliable mental health services, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere and not wasting your time.”

“Horrible experience. I had a virtual appointment from 2-3. My counselor ended the session at 2:35. He rushed through the process like a robot. I called to request another counselor and was told no you must keep the one you were assigned. We will kick you out of the program. So, have your provider send another referral and it’s not a guarantee you would be assigned a different counselor. They do not care at all. This program is a joke just collecting money from the insurance companies. I wish I could leave a zero.”

“I personally love a virtual appointment for therapy. It is great to not spend an hour in the car to get to an hour appointment once a month. I want to rave about Marianna but I also don't want her schedule to be so full I can't see her. She is the highlight of my month.”
