“The office staff is extremely kind and respectful. They answer all questions and are always willing to explain insurance issues or other information. Dr. Phelps, Dr. Porter, Dr. Anthony, and Dr.Daula are all exceptional doctors and are are amazing with their patients. They have so many other wonderful doctors on staff. We’ve been coming here (different location) since 2018 and it’s always a safe and comforting experience.”

“I've come across some good clinicians at this practice but for the most part, I wouldn't say they're helpful or good at their job. The therapists I have seen here offered no help, just listened. One therapist made insensitive comments, talked constantly about race, talked incessantly about herself, and when she did offer advice, it was very basic and unhelpful, wouldn't specifically work for me, then, she would say that I didn't want to try it even though I knew I wouldn't work for me, and she would never stay on topic or on track. She's a nice lady, but I wouldn't really say a good therapist. I also noticed that they like to waste time, seemingly on purpose, and one clinician would stop the therapy sessions like 10-15 min early sometimes. Then, I saw a psychiatrist who was straight out of med school, and clearly didn't know what she was doing, and that because I had an adverse reaction to medication that I must have anxiety, and this is after she saw me a few times for 15 min. Stopped taking medication no longer had anxiety who would have thought. Also did not listen to my concerns about this and brushed it off. Definitely disappointed in the quality of care for the most part, and it has made me realize that talk therapy is a waste of time. I would be more pissed if I was paying instead of insurance. The staff is good for the most part but multiple times i've been connected with one girl when calling who isn't the best at her job, would argue with me then I would call back and someone else would tell me she was incorrect.”

“I’m truly surprised by some negative comments. Perhaps, expanding and bringing more clinicians in sometimes complicates things and leaves for more criticism. I’ve been seeing doctor Phelps for 5 years and have nothing but positive things to say about him. Dr. Phelps helped me through some of my darkest days during a traumatic incident that occurred in my life and I’m forever grateful.”
