“BEWARE: Horrible Doctor and fraudulent activity. I received TMS treatment from Dr. Marsella at the beginning of 2023. He ensured me before beginning that my insurance would cover everything and pressured me to get started before receiving confirmation from my insurance. I was told that his team would handle this whole process. 3 months pass and I find out that they havn't even begun making a claim yet. It has now been almost a full year since beginning my treatment, no one from his billing team will respond to me and he has stopped responding himself to my requests for my EOBs. On top of this it was the worst medical experience in my life in terms of Dr. Marsella's professionalism. We were supposed to have a meeting every two weeks to evaluate my progress. Every single time, and I mean EVERY time, he would miss the meeting and message me 45 minutes later if I could do it right now. We only met once in our initial meeting and to conclude my treatment and begin new treatment. I told him only 30 minutes was necessary. He was 30 minutes late of course, told me that since I had a good week after the treatment that I my depression was cured(I was later diagnosed with Bi-Polar type 2) and then charged me for a full hour. When I was hesitant when he wanted to charge for the full hour he made a big deal about it and tried to make me feel bad about it and guilted me into it. All in all, the worst medical experience in my life. I am currently in talks with a lawyer as this company is obviously committing insurance fraud or is at least negligent enough to be accidentally committing insurance fraud. I would steer clear of this company, Dr. Marsella clearly has no care for his patients whatsoever.”
