“TL;DR: the doctors and staff are good, the facility is nice, but their scheduling and payment practices are disorganized and problematic. --- Super frustrated with their scheduling. I've had virtual appointments where they didn't call and when I called they said "don't worry, he's just running behind, he'll call." And then other appointments where I waited patiently and nobody ever called me. I had previously received telehealth type text messages to join calls, but nothing this time or the last time. Now they're counting them as a "no call, no show". At my December appointment I received no phone call for my appointment. Supposedly they called me in the morning to check me in but I've never had to check in for a doctor's appointment via phone call multiple hours in advance. I schedule an appointment for the appointment time because I'm available at that time, not 6 hours prior. At my March appointment I waited about 10 minutes and then decided to call them and they called me at the same time. While I was on the phone with them I received a text message to join a telemedicine appointment with the doctor but I didn't get that message because I was on the phone call with them. I talked to a manager and complained about the frustration with this, because I've never had this experience with any other doctor, and he said he would waive the fees. But today when I called back to check in 2 hours before my appointment they said they weren't waiting all of the fees and I was going to have to pay $60 for my appointment just to get my ADHD medication. And at one point I mentioned getting a digital message via email or text about joining a call and the person I talked to said they didn't do that? But they definitely have but not consistently. Other than this the staff is good, the doctors are good, and I've known Dr Scargle for a long time and she is good at what she does. But I'm a single mom just trying to get my adhd meds so I can function. I'm not paying $60 for an appointment”
