“Super disappointed with this office. Filled out the form as truthfully as I could, which was very hard for me and felt very vulnerable to do. Their response was the reason young adults don’t feel comfortable telling the truth. As a college student I consume a pretty average amount of alcohol for my age. They called to tell me that their psychiatrists would not help me due to this. Super disappointing and upsetting the way that this was relayed to me regarding that this is a HELPING CENTER denying someone help before even given the chance. Would have been completely okay with having to stop drinking as I am simply just trying to find help. Zero compassion from their end and super disappointing, as I said… from a HELPING CENTER. Had to make another account as this is super vulnerable to post. Know that this is the first review I have ever left in my life.”

“Definitely not a great experience if you are looking for any type of help. My appointments were messed up and also as I was on a telehealth appointment, it was cut short and the office never followed up with me. The doctor and I were literally in a conversation and the screen just went blank and there was no follow up at all.”
