“Thee absolute worst place on the planet, needed a signature saying that they prescribed me my medication and I’m OK to work on. It is all I needed which I’ve gotten three times before Easy no problem so they said they wouldn’t sign it stating they gave me the medication So I can continue to work and have a job and pay my billsso I call for weeks to get the runaround I’m always on hold. So I ask very calmly and nicely (I have all of the phone calls recorded) And I get told that I’m making threats and they will not sign my paper so I can continue to work and they will not sign to release me. Then Tammy makes up all these lies saying that I emailed them and have contacted compliance. I have absolutely no clue what she is talking about and I never emailed anybody other than her after blowing up my inbox about a five dollar payment. Very rude employees always seem bothered and angry because they have to do their job. Me and other have been hung up on numerous times when calling after they call me numerous times when I can’t answer due to being at work. I’ve been threatened by Tammie more then once then she tried to make it seem like I was threatening her. Anything you ask for it’s an inconvenience for the staff and the Dr Brittany mendo. I can go on and on worst service ever terrible attitudes this place need to do a rehire or be shut down”

“This place is totally different from NY. It took me almost a 6 months to get in. I had a lapse of insurance as NY is soo different how they handle the insurance compare to NY . FL seems to be a little slower than NY. So I had to push appointments upon pushing the appointments. As I had the pharmacy the doctor that prescribes denys my daughters meds and placed her 90 on a 90 day hold. I call the office spoke with two people was on hold for almost 30 mins then transferred to a voicemail of someone. Now my daughter has been out of sleep medications for a month and 1/2 now. Her sleep patterns are off. My daughter is not happy with her therapist as she lets her sleep in a session and does not even try to engage. Very blahhh not to mention it took about 8 months person therapist and even to get an in person therapist took about 8 months. They make you feel locked into certain therapists that your child can speak to instead of trying to work with you as a parent to find out what therapist suits your child. The place I feel is uncompassionate to your child.”

“I’m incredibly disappointed. I recently made the decision to transfer my medications to be prescribed by this office. They wrote an incorrect fill date on one prescription which will cause me to be out of it for two full days. I have messaged the office and called about this 6 times over the last week and a half with no resolution or returned call/message. I’m very concerned this will be an ongoing issue and with their lack of response, will likely have to look for a new care team.”

“I was previously a patient in the Ft Myers office and stopped my care there because of the forced video cameras. I called the Cape Coral office to make a new patient appointment because it's been about 4 years. They refused to see me because I refuse to be on the internet on video talking to a stranger about my health. It's unprofessional and I'm pretty sure illegal for this company not to provide a reasonable accommodation because I cannot be on video. They're whole insistence on patients being forced into doing things that cause extreme trauma leads me to believe that it's would be extremely impersonal care and equally as unprofessional. These are the kinds of things that cause people not to survive sometimes.”
