“Set an appt for 4pm on Thursday. I called the office twice to tell them the provider wasn’t logging on. In the second call she told me the provider had an emergency and can’t make the appt. Ok fine, stuff happens. They reschedule me for the next day at 11am. I’m logged on at 10:59 twiddling my thumbs for 15 minutes and then decide to call the office because again no provider has logged on. The lady says she’ll call me back. Now it’s 11:58, the hour has gone by and no call back or apology. Awful way to provide a service when the service wasn’t even provided to begin with.”
