“Having been in therapy since 2003 and having my personal experiences with both good and bad of mental health Drs I am happy to report that Dr. Delia Toledo is an inspiration. She is the rare Dr that listens intently to her patients. She genuinely cares about the overall wellbeing of her patients. She takes what ever time necessary at your appointments to address whatever issues you are currently having. I have never been treated like a med check only appointment! She redid my evaluation and found that I had been misdiagnosed for over 21 years by my previous Dra! It wasn’t until I went to Dr Toledo that I began to truly heal and am happy to report that for the 1st time ever in my 52 years on this earth that I on the LOWEST dose of the correct medication. I want to add that when I 1st started coming to Dr. Toledo I was homeless ( no longer homeless) and really struggling with my CPTSD ( that I didn’t know I had!). She has always treated me with kindness and respect, so much so that she inspired me to go back to College and pursue my BA in sociology so that I can help other. “I don’t know the person I was speaking to, either Ms. Sherry or someone else but one of them is unfriendly and doesn’t seem to care. Each time I call it’s usually her and she has such an attitude. She transferred me to another Elite DNA location and the number wasn’t in service. I call back and another person answers and she’s very friendly and was able to change the appointment right then and there. They need to have a talk with the older woman in scheduling who talks quiet and slow WHEN she talks.”

“After one intake over telehealth, this place left a bad taste in my mouth. It's hard enough to make the big step to get therapy but trying to reach someone in that office is even harder!!!! It took over a month to schedule my son's appointment after the referral because I couldn't reach anyone over the phone, then I thought we would be late so I tried to call but no one answered. Thank goodness we weren't late. After the intake I had to review my calendar before making a follow up appointment and when I called back no one answered, I called several times then left a voice-mail. About a month after the voice-mail someone finally calls back. It's too late I don't feel comfortable with you guys anymore. It's so pathetic.”
