“I don't have a problem with the providers, but certainly with the business practices, and based on other recent reviews, I'm not the only one. I received a bill despite having insurance on file. I called to inquire about the bill and was informed the claim was denied by insurance. I was instructed to call the insurance company regarding the issue and report back to Elite DNA the reference number for the phone call I made to the insurance company. Upon calling the insurance company, I learned that Elite DNA did not submit a claim for the service in question. Easy enough, I thought, all we have to do is to get Elite DNA to submit the claim to insurance. Unfortunately, that proved to be too complicated of a task for Elite DNA to complete. Elite DNA refused to submit the claim to insurance and threatened to cancel an upcoming appointment if i did not provide them with a reference number for the phone call I made to the insurance company. So I had to contact the insurance company again to be told that a claim was never filed by Elite DNA. This ordeal took multiple phone calls from me to Elite DNA and the insurance company, all because of the incompetence of the billing department at Elite DNA. While Elite DNA may argue that they submit claims to the insurance company as a courtesy to the patient, let's not forget that this is how they make money; they submit claims to insurance as a necessity to keep the business operating.”

“I was left on hold for nearly thirty minutes by their billing department, and was then routed to a clanker (*automated voice machine) saying the business would get back to me. I was billed over $400 for two virtual visits, even though my health insurance completely covers telehealth and specialist visits. Elite DNA even threw in a random $50+ charge after I called their billing department for the first time, and after the billing representative said he would give me a full refund for me being incorrectly charged about for one virtual appointment.”

“Jennifer Navarro did the worst thing any nurse partitioners can do. If you were so annoyed with people at this point, I don’t think you should do your job anymore. Maybe you should retire your job is to help people with mental health issues and you can’t even recognize when someone is having a mental health episode. Zero out of zero out of zero stars. I don’t trust you with my kid anymore”

“These people are scam artists who over-charge their patients by extreme amounts and then rake in the money from interest rates in the contract. Within a few weeks of care they somehow found a way to stick me with a bill of nearly $2K. Now whatever money I had for healthcare is going to be going to these people for the foreseeable future.”
