“Elite DNA Behavioral Health is poorly managed (both this local branch and higher up), and I would highly recommend looking at their Better Business Bureau page before deciding to seek therapeutic services here. I was a patient with Elite DNA Behavioral Health from October 2022 to February 2026. The two therapists I saw during my stint with Elite DNA were both good (neither work for Elite DNA anymore [telling!]). However, the psychiatrist, Sharon Mason, that I saw for medication management for all 3.5 years was constantly late to virtual sessions, and put minimal effort into making it seem like she cared for me as a patient beyond what codes I represented to insurance companies. Furthermore, the office staff at this branch were, at times, dismissive, rude, and combative to my parents and I.”

“​I am deeply frustrated by the ongoing communication issues and poor record management at this facility. The administrative office seemingly cannot—or will not—keep contact information for more than one parent active at a time. When appointments are changed or canceled on behalf of the staff, the clinic relies entirely on one parent to pass along the message. ​In a co-parenting situation, this is incredibly counterproductive and disruptive to a child's care. I have experienced a repeated pattern where my contact information is completely stripped from the system as the cooperative parent, forcing me to rely on a co-parent who intentionally uses the withholding of medical information as a tool to bully and alienate. ​Most recently, an appointment for May 19th was canceled by the staff, and because the office failed to notify both parents simultaneously, it caused an entirely preventable conflict. ​If you are a co-parent trying to stay actively involved in your child’s healthcare, be aware that this clinic's current scheduling system and administrative practices do not support dual-parent communication, which creates unnecessary stress and lapses in communication. They need to update their protocols to allow concurrent notifications for both legal guardians. (Also, they do not have an e-mail to contact)”
