“My experience at Greenbrook TMS was phenomenal and Renee the technician was awesome as well. She was so welcoming and always had a smile on her face always. If I had questions she was always helpful. Dr Torrellas is just as amazing and I asked several questions about certain things and he gave me honest answers as well not just what he think I would want to hear. I’m not for that at all. The office was very soothing as well. I really didn’t have any side effects at all. A few days during treatment my back molars in my mouth hurt but only lasted about 5 minutes after a treatment and that happened 4 times. One time I had gotten a small headache for about 15 minutes and then it went away, so overall I had a great experience although I feel I might have to come back for a second round of treatments as I’m on depression meds also and I only feel a little bit of relief and I take memory meds as well. “Nurse practitioner Grimes has completely disregarded my mother who has stage 3 renal failure and is literally bedridden, Because of this practitioner and his disgusting ways of stripping patients from their medications without even doing it in a medical-controlled setting and then trying to put them on medications that make them choke to death and not be able to breathe when they have multiple issues and it literally cannot even get up to use the restroom on their own is disgusting and it's unkind and to not listen to my mother and to not allow her to have an advocate or to speak with anyone else and take advantage of the fact that my father doesn't know any better shame on you sir shame on you. When my senior disabled mother is crying and wanting to hurt herself because her doctor doesn't care about her that is when I have a problem I hope no one goes here ever.”
