“⭐☆☆☆☆ I sought treatment from Harmony United Psychiatric Care for ADHD and insomnia, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The telehealth appointments felt rushed from beginning to end. During one appointment, the provider arrived late, leaving even less time to discuss my concerns. I never felt like there was enough time for a thorough psychiatric evaluation. When I asked what my diagnosis was, I was told, “How can I diagnose you in 20 minutes?” If twenty minutes is not enough time to properly evaluate a patient, then appointments should be long enough for providers to make informed decisions before assigning diagnoses or recommending treatment. I also felt pressured into accepting diagnoses and medication recommendations that did not match the symptoms I was reporting. I repeatedly tried to explain what I was actually experiencing, but I did not feel that my concerns were given careful consideration. Instead of working collaboratively to understand my situation, I felt like decisions had already been made. Harmony United Psychiatric Care also confirmed to me that they do not have a physician available for patients to see in person in Jacksonville, Florida. Patients seeking local psychiatric care are instead assigned to a nurse practitioner. I ultimately lost confidence in the care I was receiving because I did not feel listened to, respected, or treated as an individual. I would not recommend this practice to anyone looking for thoughtful, patient-centered psychiatric care.”

“The front office staff are warm and welcoming; very kind! Antony Woehle is the one who manages my medication and he is amazing. Asks the right questions and tweaks medication as needed to ensure my mental health is at its best. I’m new to the area and not very trusting of new people(working on it, lol) especially when it comes to my mental health, but the staff at Harmony United are top tier.”

“I've been with Harmony for nearly a little over a year. They're fantastic. My psychiatrist and therapist are great. I know I'm not merely a file number. The support staff are also wonderful. They return calls in a timely manner and help out whenever needed. They're very caring, you can tell they want to help and they've been patient with me, even when I'm not people friendly. Their tech is excellent, too. The patient portal and reminder tools work very well. Overall, I'm certain it doesn't get any better than Harmony.”
