I'm pretty sure it i was 30 late my appointment would've been cancelled apology or not. These people suck. They didn't listen don't pay attention. Their service is an apology when they screw up. I don't need that and 1 start is to high of a score.”

“Harmony was horrible to my son. He struggles with social anxiety disorder, language disorder, and has an intellectual disability. One of their physicians treated him horribly. First she was more than 10 minutes late to the virtual appointment. She showed after we contacted customer service. When the session started she began speaking to him in a discourteous manner. She made it transparent she didn’t want to provide services for him with her rude attitude and disposition. During all the intakes he’s had with psychologists my son has never had such a horrible experience! I found your physician prejudice and unprofessional! My son cried because she treated him like dirt and made him feel less than because of his current condition. If this hospital doesn’t want to treat patients of color state that! We don’t want to come to facilities that are prejudice and don’t care about their patients! We will never utilize your facility again!”
