“STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE. Leaving this on all of their locations, so no one else experiences this. They are fraudulent in terms of their billing and continue to try to harass me, despite stating on a recorded line multiple times with my insurance on the phone as a witness they would fix this. They are supposed to verify insurance coverage and did not. When I contacted Harmony United’s billing department, the billing individual shared there were only some providers who took my insurance, which was not disclosed during Harmony United’s intake phone call or on their website. They then told me I owed $528. I contacted billing with my insurance provider as a witness. The billing individual told me they made an error, and that it was actually $300. Then billing stated on the call, which I’m sure they recorded, since they failed to verify coverage, they would align with a provider who “accepted” my insurance so it would be at a $25.00 copay. She stated this with my insurance company as a witness to the call. Then weeks later, after that phone call, the billing department from Harmony United still sent me a bill of $300.00. I will be reporting this business, do NOT make the same mistake I did because they made multiple mistakes and then lied to me that they were going to make it right. Again, would love for your business to pull the phone calls because you have people working for you who outright lie to customers. Absolutely disgusting to exploit mental health care.”
