“I showed up exactly 5 minutes after my scheduled 2:40 appointment and sat for nearly 20 minutes with not a single person at the front desk or in sight. I paid $70 to be seen today. Then the lady finally comes and tells me they have to reschedule my appointment because i’m late. And won’t give me a refund. I took time out of my day to come and get a refill of my prescription and because they want to have their lunch break while they have appointments now I can’t be seen. Mind you I showed up during the grace period and could see the receptionist talking in the back. This office is horrible they charge you an arm and a leg for the therapists to talk about their life. Never coming back. Horrible way to treat patients.”

Now that I have read the reviews, I’m sorry I didn’t look before making an appointment. It’s obvious they have issues with running an office, or even being good humans.”
