From my initial call to ask about more information regarding ketamine therapy to the process of getting my first appointment set up they have been extremely kind and helpful in providing me the guidance and assistance I needed to make a decision if the treatment would benefit my situation. I had my first treatment today and Dr. Madkaiker was very thorough in wanting to know me and my medical history and answered any questions I had about what to expect and how I can best benefit from the sessions. It made me feel safe and in good hands the way all of the staff approached their roles in each step of the process. “ZERO Stars. I booked an appt online, one that DOES NOT say it's over the phone. So I took time off of work, drive an hour, got to the lobby and they told me....sorry, this is a phone call. They had ZERO explanation. So I sat in the lobby waiting for the call. Secretary tells me, "Can I help you with anything else?" I say, "I'm sitting here waiting for the call." She says, "Oh, he will likely call you next week." WHAT??? Then why did I make an appointment. Was told "That's just how they do it." There was a look on this persons face like they have heard this before, clearly. I didn't get one of those text reminders either, I knew that was a bad sign. Completely disorganized, for a service folks feel they NEED to feel better. Could anything be more ridiculous? If their level of professionalism is this poor with a simple initial appointment, what might the harder things like treatment and patient care be like? One can only imagine.....”

“Drs. Prita and Satyen Madkaiker are kind and gentle and they listen! And care. As do some of the technicians that have been working with me. One of them seem so angry door in my entire ketamine session, that I felt like it ruined the session because I didn’t feel safe. Overall, the ketamine has improved my life dramatically and I’m so glad that I’ve been working with Ketamine therapeutics. The front staff and be grumpy and off-putting, not what you need before this therapy. not what you need before this therapy. Part of this therapy should be the very part of this therapy should be the very careful way that every patient is helped or managed from the doo and they leave the door. and they leave the door. And it’s not like we all have thousands and thousands of dollars laying around to have one bad session or two bad sessions. I hope the front staff learns to lift spirits of this very expensive and powerful and potentially life-saving therapy. The emotions of the clients are extremely important for a positive outcome. The entire staff and their attitudes can make or break a session. True also of the environment that has very little comfort such as comforting photography, artwork, flowers, nice bathroom with a new toilet seat and decor. I don’t think that the doctors realize that ALL of this can make or break what is a very expensive, out-of-pocket, crucial to life (I imagine that others like me have dealt with suicidal thoughts from little or no relief of their debilitating depression.”

“I just had my 8th Ketamine treatment yesterday. The first round of 6 treatments I did when I sent to Dr. M by Mayo Clinic. Saved my life, now I am doing maintenance treatments. Last year I had only 1 but this year I may do 2, another In maybe Fall but I know when I need a boost and go I feel renewed and my thinking is so much clearer and my state of mind is restored. I’m 63, my only daughter 5 years ago decided to cut me from her life and withhold my 2 grandchildren from knowing me. I didn’t do anything deserving of this Kind of Estrangement but no matter I felt my life was over. But Dr. M got me back to a good place and without hm I don’t know if I would still be here. Update July 2023: Just had 9th yesterday 7/10/23. I have Fibromyalgia so this is also used for Pain. I was in both both mental and physical pain at the same time. I cannot believe how much better this feels today. Mentally I am better but right now it’s holding me long enough in the mood department. So we are adding a mood stabilizer too. If this isn’t going to help, brain stimulation will be what I hope for. I have been on and off so many and I am slipping into highs and lows. So grateful to Dr. M or I know I wouldn’t be here.”
