“Lifespan has truly been life-changing for me. Julianne Folsom has provided a level of psychiatric care unlike anything I have experienced before. She listens attentively, observes carefully, and has always managed my medications with professionalism and expertise. It is clear that she is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely invested in her patients well-being. I would also like to give a huge shoutout to Chelsea. I have worked with several therapists over the years, and none have come close to her level of skill, compassion, and guidance. Thanks to the tools and support she has provided, I have been able to make meaningful improvements in my life and mental health. She loves what she does and she’s INCREDIBLE at it! The services and providers at Lifespan are absolutely worth it. I would, however, like to mention that scheduling appointments can occasionally be challenging. Sydney at the front desk has always been patient, kind, and incredibly helpful when working with patients. On rare occasions, there is another receptionist who answers the phone in a way that can come across as dismissive or unfriendly. I understand that working in a Psychiatric office can be stressful, but a more welcoming tone would make the scheduling process a much better experience for patients. That said, the office has always returned my calls promptly whenever I leave a voicemail, and the quality of care I receive far outweighs any scheduling frustrations. I have recommended Lifespan to five family members/friends, and we all continue to have positive experiences. I truly would not choose anywhere else. Thank you again to Julianne and the entire team for helping me find a place that genuinely supports my mental health needs.”

“We had a terrible time with this group. When we first started with them, they switched us between psychologists without any given reasons. Then the therapst that was helping was pushed out for unknown reasons. Finally, they don't return calls regarding anything. We were told that if we missed an appointment we wouldn't be charged because of medical reasons, and then they charged us and they haven't returned calls or emails to discuss the charge. Then they threaten to send to collects? Shame on you. Finally, I requested his records probably over a month ago, and still have not heard from them. If I knew who to complain to at the state level, I would do that too.”
