“Horrible practice. Without any consent on my end I was charged a $100 cancelation fee when I canceled more than 24 hrs before my appointment. I had an emergency and they were not willing to work with me. They said that I needed to cancel within 48 hours and needed to be charged a $100 fee. That's completely unheard of, what company charges such a high amount with such a strict cancellation policy? I cancelled well before 24 hours, i had an emergency and this was my first time ever canceling. I have sent them numerous messages requesting for paperwork showing that I signed and consented to this ridiculous policy and no one has responded to the numerous messages I have sent. This is a big problem. I have cancelled all of my individual and marriage counseling appointments until this issue gets resolved. I will not be changing my review until my situation is handled.”

“Very poor customer service!!!! They had me on the Phone for about 20 minutes to speak to a manager due the fact they would not let make an appt for my mother because they needed all this info such as a email address and phone number i explained to the lady that my mother who has mild dementia does not have a email nor does she answers the phone and that i was her POA. I am not happy with how they handled me trying to make a new patient appt for my mom. Definitely going to another place.”
