“Firstly, the new clinical director, Tera, is a profoundly unempathetic and incredibly unpleasant person to have to be around and “answer to”. Her condescending and passive aggressive demeanor overshadows every aspect of this program that could be considered therapeutic. She takes pleasure in belittling people for daring to be human around her, something that seems to be fundamentally foreign to a soulless corporate drone like her. She is only interested in her bottom line. Her arrival led to over 6 different people leaving the program within a week of her becoming director. Her actions explicitly led to a client almost ending their life. There are even longstanding, esteemed staff members that have acknowledged how insufferable and disruptive her presence is. There is a universal resentment held towards her by everybody who has ever had the displeasure of crossing paths with her. It is unequivocally justified, and it is something I hope any potential clients reading this never have to understand from experience. I would avoid this program (more aptly, regime) as long is she is directing (more aptly, dictating) it. If I could leave zero stars I absolutely would. Secondly, this program falsely advertises TMS and brain mapping services yet does not have any in house providers to facilitate that, along with falsely advertising the fact that they have bikes for the residents to get around Delray, when in fact all of the bikes they have are completely inoperable. When this was brought to their attention during community meetings, in over 5 different meetings mind you, they did nothing. In fact, the clinical director Tera demeaningly and very condescendingly asked if we were here to ride bikes or to “get better”. We were there because of the things we were explicitly told the program had to offer, expectations that the program failed miserably to meet and had no intention of ever meeting. Everything discussed in this review is alleged. Stay. Away. Allegedly.”

“I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this program. The level of professionalism is lacking, and there seems to be little organization or consistency in how things are managed. Patients are frequently moved around without clear communication or consideration for how it impacts scheduling and daily plans. It often feels disorganized and inconsiderate toward the people involved, which makes it hard to feel stable or respected in the program. Overall, there needs to be much better structure, communication, and respect for patients’ time”
